What is Fibromyalgia? 

Fibromyalgia is a disorder that causes horrible pain throughout the body and various symptoms that wreak havoc on an individual and can debilitate them. Fibromyalgia can cause a plethora of symptoms, such as:

-chronic muscle pain

-sleep problems

-stomach issues

-tender points

-fatigue that is persistent

-concentration problems "fibro fog"



-tingling in limbs "paresthesia"

-morning stiffness


-irritable bowel issues

-urination issues

-elevated menstrual pain

-chest pain

-nerve twitches and spasms

-sensitivity to touch "allodynia"

-a heightened sense of smell

-excessive sweating

-unable to tolerate loud noise and bright lights

-pain in the jaw "TMJ"
